Personalized Nutrition Counseling
- a healthy diet plan: beginning with a small adjustment from the foods you currently enjoy
- a report listing the amounts of nutrients your are consuming
- a detailed grocery list with recommendations for stores with the best food prices
- a second and possibly third diet plan that will be adjusted and more strict as your body transforms closer to your goals (weight loss, muscle mass increase, etc)
How to Get Started
- Discuss your fitness goals & aspirations
- Fill out forms and complete a full fitness assessment
- Take front and side photos & circumference measurements
- Discuss your first nutrition plan (if purchased with training)
- Buy a "week view" calendar notebook to log your Workouts and Food Intake and bring this with you to every training session.
Training Session Policies
- Each session will last 60-75 minutes depending on the type of training.
- Initial Consultation may last between 20-60 minutes.
- Please schedule at least 1-2 weeks in advance in order to reserve your preferred time slot.
- Please provide at least 24 hours advanced notice for a cancellation otherwise you will be charged for the session.
- Arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled session to allow for a proper warm up and overall preparation.
- If you arrive late to your session, I will still need to end at the scheduled time as a courtesy to my other clients scheduled after you.
- All sessions must be prepaid in advance to reserve a time slot which helps hold clients accountable by committing to the program.
- Two payments can be made for bigger packages. 1st payment is due at the initial consultation and 2nd payment is due exactly 2 weeks after.
- There will be no refunds.
I am insured to provide personal training and group training services at any location. I am available to train in and around San Diego area, at your home, my home or any location of your choice. Sessions may also be customized outdoors. We can train at your gym as long as we both have is permission from management. We may also train at one of my gym locations, however, additional fees for membership will apply.
